The Glorious Facets of Heart

In the international premier of “The Glorious Facets of Heart,” Japanese soprano Yuriko Koyanagi performs select works celebrating the fragility and resilience of love in all its forms. Through classic stories of defiant joy, romantic longing, and fellowship that transcends all borders, the program takes audience members on a voyage through the depths and heights of the human condition.  Classically trained in music and ballet, Koyanagi offers original interpretations of opera, dance, and choreography inspired by the global traditions of Japan, India, and Europe. In her European debut, Koyanagi presents a delightful program rich in metaphor and surprise.
